About our service
SafiriFlow is an inquiry-first travel discovery and planning platform. We publish destination, package and stay information to help you explore ideas, and we invite you to submit an inquiry describing the trip you're interested in.
How inquiries and quotes work
When you submit an inquiry through our site, a travel expert reviews it and prepares a proposed itinerary and a free, no-obligation quote based on the information you provide. Submitting an inquiry does not create a booking, contract or reservation of any kind. Prices, availability and itinerary details in a quote are indicative until confirmed in writing by both parties.
No booking until confirmed in writing
No booking is formed, and no services are reserved, until we confirm your booking in writing and any required payment terms set out in that written confirmation are met. Until that point, quoted itineraries, accommodation and prices remain subject to availability and change.
Accuracy of content
We take care to keep destination guides, package descriptions and other editorial content on this site factual and up to date, but travel conditions, availability and supplier offerings can change. Content on this site is for informational and inspirational purposes and does not itself constitute an offer capable of acceptance.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information when submitting an inquiry, for holding valid travel documents (passports, visas and any required permits), and for arranging appropriate travel insurance. We will share destination-specific guidance where we can, but requirements can change and you should verify them with the relevant authorities before travel.
Third-party suppliers
Trips arranged through SafiriFlow may involve services provided by third parties, including airlines, accommodation providers, ground operators and activity suppliers. These suppliers operate under their own terms and conditions, which will be disclosed as part of your written booking confirmation.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SafiriFlow's liability in connection with any inquiry, quote or booking is limited to the value of the services we directly provide, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the acts, omissions or failures of third-party suppliers. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Cancellations and changes
Deposit, cancellation and amendment terms depend on the specific suppliers involved in your trip and will be set out in your written quote and booking confirmation. See our cancellation policy page for more detail on how this works.
Intellectual property
The content on this site, including text, images and design, belongs to SafiriFlow or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
Governing law
